Don't be put off by the name......the 'challenge' is what you wish to make of it.

Trying a new Summer time session. Meeting in or as near to Coombe Rise car park, Findon valley - BN14 0ED.

Running / walking directly up out of the car park and then diagonally up across the fields for 0.84 of a mile to Cissbury Hill Fort. 

To then run around the fort itself as many times as you wish doing alternate directions - clockwise then anti clockwise. Each 'lap' is 1.10 miles. 

Then back down the way you came.

We may get great views, we may even get a great sunset. Worth a try.
