Meeting at the Ruins by Arundel Museum.  1.2 mile street laps consisting:

High St, London Rd, Mount Pleasant, Maltravers St, High St, Tarrant St, Arun St & River Road.

Do as many laps as you wish and if you get bored, try doing some in the opposite direction.
