There will be 2 options for Sunday social running - the shorter of which is suitable for those who haven't done one of our Sunday runs before, are concerned that they are not speedy enough (you won't be) or those who are fragile following the club social event the night before

1 - 6 miles - meet at Highdown top carpark at 8.45am - for a 5K lap around the hill, which will be repeated with the second group

2 - 3 miles - same meeting point but at 9.30am to join the rest for a repeat of the first lap
