Meet at 5.30pm at the ruins in Arundel for social running. The standard option will be the usual town laps (as many 1.25 mile laps around town as you wish). It doesn't matter how fast you run or how good you are at hills - you can run entirely at your own pace and won't be holding anyone up . If you haven't done the laps before we can show you the route on the first lap. Depending on numbers / weather / enthusiasm there may be an option of a torchlit run in the park
